Our Team

Mario De Lucia Co-Owner

Master Stylist, Master Colorist and Make Up Artist

Being in the world of beauty from such a young age, I have always been inspired to make my guests happy and to try something new, whether it is a hair cut, color or finishing touches. After graduating from C.O.S.T.A (Cosmetology School in Caserta Italy), I joined a Wella hair salon and dedicated my time to learning Wella techniques followed by Tocco Magico and Tigi. In 2004, inspired by Aveda’s mission statement, I completed the Aveda Advanced Academy.

As a licensed color educator who is always on the road, I am always learning new things to bring back to our salon.

Antonio Mastroianni Co-owner

Master Stylist and Master Colorist

Opening Antonio Hair Design has been a life changing experience. I am proud of my staff and mentors for making Antonio Hair Design what it is today. I have been a salon owner and stylist for 18 years. I have many years of educational training with Goldwell, Aveda, and Vidal Sassoon in Toronto and New York City.

Margaret Casanas

Master Stylist, Colorist and Make Up Artist

I first realized my passion for hairstyling and makeup artistry in high school. After graduating, I entered the New London Academy of Hairdressing in New London, CT. I began educating myself in the art of coloring, cutting and makeup. I furthered my education by attending many courses in hair cutting and styling, coloring, and makeup artistry given by some of the leading educators in our industry. I attended the Toni & Guy Academy in Dallas, Texas for their classic and advanced cutting courses; Vidal Sassoon in Toronto, Canada and Miami, Florida; Frederic Fekkai at the L’Oreal Institute in New York; and with Oscar Blonde for updo hairstyling at The Goldwell Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. Now working in an Aveda salon, I am continuing to learn new techniques of the trade. I love my job and I am inspired by the people in our salon.

Caroline Tarbox

Master Stylist and Make Up Artist

Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to work in the beauty industry. I graduated from the Joseph Steele School in 2008 and have been working as a stylist for 4 years. I have taken advanced training classes in the latest highlighting and ombre’ techniques. With a passion for perfection in my work, keeping up with the latest trends is very important to me. I pride myself on keeping my clients looking fresh and up to date. If you are looking for a stylist that can give you a classic look or a style with an edge, I can accommodate you.

Rheanna Basley

Salon Coordinator

I have been in the beauty industry from a young age. I started by helping my mother in her salon; that is where my passion to make people happy and feel beautiful started. Prior to working at Antonio’s as a Salon Coordinator, I worked at a spa as a receptionist and helped people enjoy a relaxing day. I love my job at Antonio’s, it’s a pleasure to be apart of this amazing group!

Kristie Simmons

Salon Assistant and Make Up Artist

I have had a love for the beauty industry for as long as I can remember, working as an assistant for other salons in the past. I recently joined Antonio Hair design, as the salon assistant/makeup artist. I love my job and enjoy making clients feel special. I got certified in makeup 4 years ago at Sara Faella’s Glam School. I am very blessed to be working in such a wonderful salon.

Erica Greene

Senior Stylist,

I have always been artistically inclined and decided to channel that talent into hair styling. I graduated from Bella Institute of Cosmetology in Portland, Oregon in 2011. After school I apprenticed with Eddic Lugo at Twisted Locks Salon, also in Portland. Since then I have worked in salons along the East Coast, learning new techniques and enhancing my skills. I love helping my clients look and feel their best, whether with color or a great cut. I am very excited to be working with this dedicated and talented team!
